At Engrave Shack LLC, every item is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Because our products are made to order, many featuring custom engraving, personalization, or unique designs, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personalized items that have been produced according to the customer's specifications.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, personalization information, spelling, dates, sizes, and design selections before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing made-to-order items shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If production has already begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.

Personalization Errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are entered correctly when placing an order.

Engrave Shack LLC is not responsible for errors in spelling, names, dates, or other custom information provided by the customer.

However, if we make an error that differs from the information submitted with your order, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Natural Material Variations

Many of our products are crafted using natural materials such as wood and bamboo.

Variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, and engraving appearance are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

Additionally, slight variations in laser engraving depth and color may occur due to the natural properties of the material.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
